PROFILE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a CEO to lead one of our soon-to-be-acquired brands into its next stage of growth and scale. As CEO, you will own the brand’s PnL, strategy, growth, culture, and overall performance, driving both short-term execution and long-term strategic direction. You will work closely with our leadership team, board, and the broader saas.group community to deliver impact across go-to-market, product, operations, and finance. This role is an opportunity to shape the future of a SaaS business within a high-growth portfolio, while having the backing, network, and resources of saas.group.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with saas.group objectives and market opportunities.
  • Lead the go-to-market and commercial execution (PLG, inbound/enterprise sales, partnerships), owning revenue performance.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team and ensure succession planning.
  • Foster innovation and operational excellence by introducing process improvements and leveraging cutting-edge practices.
  • Represent the brand externally with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Drive financial performance by building budgets, tracking KPIs, and making data-driven strategic decisions.
