Requirements

  • Proven track record in leading a multi-outlet retail or service-based business
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile phone repair, retail operations, and customer service
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred to liaise with suppliers, partners, and customers
