• Shape and deliver a 3–5 year strategy with measurable KPIs.
• Drive growth through new products, partnerships and market expansion.
• Embed robust governance, data-led decision-making and operational discipline.
• Ensure Ofsted/ESFA readiness and compliance excellence.
• Build and hold accountable a high-performing senior leadership team.
• Own financial leadership: P&L, margins, cash flow and forecasting.
• Represent the organisation with employers, funders, regulators and sector bodies.
