Location: Onsite, Singapore / Hong Kong / Manila or Remote (Flexible for the right candidate) About the Hiring Company: We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to serve as the CEO for Asia. This is a senior executive position with full responsibility for the region’s performance and growth. The role involves building regional operations from the ground up, defining and executing the market strategy, and leading a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the iGaming industry across Asia, a strong commercial background, and a proven track record of building and guiding successful teams. Job Responsibilities: Regional Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan to drive growth, revenue, and market share across key Asian markets. Team Leadership & Recruitment: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a regional team across sales, account management, marketing, and technical support. Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability. Commercial Oversight: Take full responsibility for regional performance, setting ambitious targets and managing budgets to ensure profitability and sustainable growth. Key Client & Partner Relations: Act as the senior executive sponsor for strategic clients and partners in Asia. Lead high-level negotiations and maintain strong C-level relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction. Business Development: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and secure new flagship clients while guiding the overall commercial strategy. Market Localization: Represent the region internally, working closely with product and technology teams to ensure offerings are tailored to the specific needs of Asian markets (e.g., payment methods, game content, regulatory requirements). Operational Excellence: Oversee regional operations to ensure seamless service delivery, compliance, and top-tier client support. The Successful Candidate: 10+ years of senior management experience in the B2B iGaming industry. Deep understanding of and proven success in multiple Asian iGaming markets (e.g., Southeast Asia, South Asia, Korea). Demonstrated experience in recruiting, building, and managing high-performing commercial and operational teams. Strong commercial acumen with P&L management experience. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Established network within the Asian iGaming operator community. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Fluency in English; proficiency in another major Asian language is a strong advantage. Interested?
