JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the highest-ranking executive responsible for shaping the strategic vision and operational success of Angel Staffing. The CEO will lead the organization in delivering innovative staffing solutions, driving revenue growth, and maintaining compliance with healthcare and other industries regulations.
This role requires a dynamic leader with deep expertise in the staffing industry, exceptional business acumen, and a passion for improving healthcare and other industries delivery through workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement high-level business strategies to drive organizational growth, expand market presence, and enhance service offerings in the healthcare staffing industry.
· Operational
Oversight: Oversee all business functions, including recruitment, sales, client relations, finance, human resources, and technology integration, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client satisfaction.
· Financial Management:
Evaluate financial performance, develop budgets, and implement strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability.
Monitor key performance indicators to ensure fiscal health and sustainability.
· Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and maintain Joint Commission high standards requirements. Stay current on regulatory changes and industry trends.
· Stakeholder Engagement:
Foster strong relationships with clients, owner and industry partners. Communicate the company’s vision and build strategic partnerships to enhance market position.
· Talent Acquisition and retention:
Oversee the recruitment and management of senior level executives and ensure alignment with organizational values.
· Industry Leadership:
Represent the company at industry conferences, build networks with peers, and contribute to thought leadership on healthcare staffing trends.
· Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks related to market competition, regulatory changes and operational challenges to protect the company’s reputation and assets.
Qualifications:
· Experience:
Minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive leadership experience in staffing or recruitment industry with at least 5 years in a senior executive role, CEO, COO, or equivalent.
· Education:
A bachelor’s degree with extensive relevant experience is required. Master’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
Skills:
· Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational success in healthcare staffing or related business.
· Financial acumen to manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and drive profitability.
· Visionary, and results-oriented leader, with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate a competitive and fast-paced industry.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
