• Lead and grow Burrows Lightbourn to become a dynamic and innovative Company. • Work with the Burrows Lightbourn team, Department Managers, and Board of Directors to develop and implement a comprehensive strategic, financial and operational plan. • Prepare with the CFO and Department Heads annual budgets and goals for the Company. • Provide inspired and motivational leadership with a clear vision and purpose for the organization. • Strengthen and build on the strong relations with our International suppliers. • Partner with International suppliers and the sales and marketing team to progress aggressive growth strategies while understanding, analyzing and leveraging market trends and demands. • Partner with our local customers to grow each of our businesses and solidify our relationships and distribution channels. • Deliver to our loyal consumers a variety of premium beverages and products that caters to their increasingly varied lifestyles, and aspirational goals. • To use an efficient logistics and distribution channel (enhancing customer experience) to become an Industry leading Bermudian Wine, Spirit, Beer and Beverage Wholesale and Retail Company. • Assist in directing and coordinating programs essential to distribution procedures such as training, safety, housekeeping, cost reduction, employee inclusion etc. • Work with Department Managers to understand and develop the key metrics in each area that will lead to superior performance and ensure there is a clear system of goals and metrics that align with the vision, mission, values and strategy of the Company. • Build on an environment that promotes creative thinking, great performance, quality service and positive morale with new opportunities and new challenges.
