To rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome dogs while advocating for their welfare and educating the community. With a dedicated team of staff, volunteers, and trustees, we provide love, shelter, and second chances for hundreds of dogs every year.

As Chief Executive, you’ll serve as the public face of the charity and work closely with our Board of Trustees to ensure strong governance and sustainable growth. You’ll:

• Develop and lead the strategic vision, expanding impact and reach
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including finance, HR, and compliance
• Cultivate relationships with donors, partners, and the wider community
• Champion fundraising initiatives and secure long-term funding streams
• Inspire and manage a small, passionate team dedicated to animal welfare
• Ensure excellent care and rehoming services for our dogs
