This is a rare opportunity to take a financially complex product offering and drive its expansion across the German market, leveraging an existing foundation to develop and execute a world-class Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for an exceptional leader who brings both strategic vision and operational rigor, with a strong GTM mindset and experience scaling businesses. The ideal candidate is:

  • Structured and analytical, ideally with a background in consulting, banking, private equity, or finance, with experience handling complex financial products in Germany.
  • GTM-focused, with a deep understanding of market segmentation, customer acquisition, and commercialization strategies within financial services, lending, or real estate.
  • Proven leader, with experience driving high-growth startups, ideally in fintech, lending, real estate, or adjacent industries.
  • Execution-driven, able to lead rapid implementation while maintaining strategic oversight. Comfortable making decisions under uncertainty.
  • Fundraising & scaling expert, with a track record of securing VC funding, expanding operations, and driving sustainable revenue growth in alignment with investor expectations.
  • A strong commercial leader, with the ability to inspire teams, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Based in Berlin & Fluent in German: Solid understanding of the German market and regulatory environment, with fluency in German as a critical requirement.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As CEO, you will join the existing founding team and take the lead in defining and executing the company’s vision. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring continued growth, securing additional funding, and driving operational excellence in the daily execution of the business. You will work closely with investors, client stakeholders, and a high-caliber team to position the company as a leader in its space.
This role requires a deep understanding of GTM strategies, including market segmentation, product positioning, and customer acquisition channels, to scale the company effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Company Leadership: Develop and execute a scalable GTM strategy, ensuring strong market positioning and sustainable growth.
Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead funding efforts, collaborate with the existing team on managing investor relations, and ensure financial sustainability with a growth-focused mindset.
Market Expansion & Growth: Drive innovation and expansion within the German market, navigating regulatory, competitive, and financial landscapes while optimizing the customer acquisition strategy.
Sales & Distribution Strategy: Establish and refine sales processes, partnerships, and distribution channels to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
Operational Execution: Oversee day-to-day business operations with a strong emphasis on efficiency, performance, and execution speed. Ensure alignment between commercial, operational, and product teams.
Financial & Risk Management: Ensure sound financial controls, risk management, and compliance within a complex ecosystem, balancing aggressive growth with financial discipline.
