Description

Prosper is a leading not-for-profit provider of health and social care services to adults with an intellectual disability in North County Dublin and County Meath. For over 40 years, we have delivered high-quality, person-centred supports that empower over 500 individuals to lead fulfilling lives within their own communities.
Our services are underpinned by strong values, deep community roots, and a passionate team of over 250 professionals. Prosper creates inclusive and supportive environments that celebrate each person’s individuality and aspirations-working closely with families and all stakeholders to promote full and equal participation in society.
After many years of dedicated leadership, our current Chief Executive Officer will be retiring in the coming months. Under his stewardship, Prosper has expanded its reach across the Prosper Meath and Prosper Fingal regions, grown into a stable and sustainable organisation, and embedded a strong culture of professionalism and inclusion.
The Board of Directors now invites applications from compassionate and visionary leaders who are ready to build on this legacy and guide the next chapter of Prosper’s journey. Reporting directly to the Board, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will serve as the most senior executive in the organisation. The CEO is responsible for strategic leadership, strategic management oversight, budget oversight and funding strategy, governance and board relations, external representation and advocacy, organisational culture and ethics and risk management.
