POSITION OVERVIEW

As Chief Executive Officer, you will lead South Coast Wellness with vision and integrity. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will be responsible for:
· Strategic planning and organizational leadership
· Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centered services
· Overseeing budgeting, financial stewardship, and resource allocation
· Managing human resources and fostering a healthy workplace culture
· Building partnerships with stakeholders, funders, and the community
· Active participation in the two Ontario Health Teams
· Ensure ongoing policy reviews and compliance
· Addressing and adhering to all relevant provincial and federal legislation
· Develop a robust Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion program
· Advocating for mental health and addictions services at regional and provincial levels
