Description

What you do: Define and control roles, responsibilities, and actions to minimize impact on assets and operations during crises, in line with Allianz Standard for Protection & Resilience (ASPR). Manage recovery processes for personnel, IT systems, communications, facilities, and service delivery to ensure a minimum level of service continuity. Collaborate with company management to develop and periodically update business continuity plans (BCPs). Monitor compliance with business continuity policies and procedures, addressing issues with relevant managers and escalating significant problems to senior management. Organize and oversee staff training and exercises related to business continuity procedures. Report to the Chief Project Officer on all aspects of business continuity management (BCM) and participate in global and regional Allianz initiatives. Adhere to the Code of Conduct for business ethics and compliance, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. What you bring: Degree in Information Technology or related field. 5+ years of IT experience. Proficiency in English. Excellent computer skills and understanding of AI technologies such as ChatGPT. Knowledge in BCM and ITSCM, preferably with a BCM certificate. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience in project management.
