What You Do: Manage relationships with strategic partners and key clients, including payroll accounts. Develop tailored banking service proposals for clients and employees of selected companies. Analyze and process preferential banking service offers, ensuring timely execution and validity. Maintain communication with partners and confirm business-related information. Organize and conduct sales presentations and training for bank and intermediary staff. Provide methodological support for partnership agreements and monitor client transactions to mitigate risks. Prepare and administer contractual relationships with bank partners. Generate reports on partner performance and conduct monthly monitoring What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field. Minimum of 3 years experience in selling banking products to individuals. Proficiency in English - both written and verbal. Strong computer skills, including specialized banking software and MS Office Proficiency in working with AI technologies such as ChatGPT.
