1. FINANCIAL STRATEGY & LEADERSHIP

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
• Provide financial leadership to support international expansion and new market entry.
• Advise the CEO and Board on capital structure, investment, and potential fundraising opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
• 5 years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in professional services, consulting, recruitment, or related industries.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and cash flow management .
• Experience with international finance operations and multi-entity structures.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and tax regulations in Singapore and other APAC markets.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment.
• Excellent communication skills, able to partner with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
