To directly report to the CEO, Group’s chairman and key stakeholders of the Group in Japan.
The CFO shall be responsible to provide strategic forecast and recommendations to the CEO & the Group’s chairman as well as the members of the executive management team of the company.
The CFO is fully responsible for managing financial actions of the company comprising from cash flow to analyzing strengths and weaknesses of the company to support accurate corporate forecasts and decision-making to meet the Group’s overall goals and objectives.
The CFO is also responsible for timely top-management financial reporting, forecasts and budgetary control to the CEO, Group’s chairman and key stakeholders of the Group in Japan.
The CFO shall lead, direct and guide the entire finance & accounting team of the group of companies in Singapore.
Qualities of the CFO: excellent financial acumen with good in-depth knowledge of global financial practices, strategy & planning, critical thinking with strong leadership skills. Also well-versed with the accounting policies in Japan. Very proficient in Japanese. Frequent overseas travelling is necessary
