What You’ll Lead Champion values + culture: Set the tone by living and promoting our core values at every level. Drive strategy + execution: Develop financial and technology strategies that fuel long-term growth and profitability while prioritizing ROI-driven investments. Elevate financial excellence: Manage all financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury, and risk — ensuring global compliance and shareholder confidence. Lead digital transformation: Manage all technological aspects of the business, including AI strategy, digital innovation, infrastructure, platforms, and scalable system implementation. Shape recognition + rewards: Collaborate on demonstrator compensation strategy and recognition programs. What We’re Looking For Proven leadership: 10+ years in financial and/or technology leadership, with 5+ at VP, CFO, or CTO level, leading teams of 20 or more. Strategic + hands-on: Ability to balance vision with execution across finance and technology. Change leader: Experience leading digital transformation and/or technology-driven growth initiatives. Collaborator: Strong communicator with executive-level presence and the ability to align cross-functional teams. Financial + ethical acumen: BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science or other relevant field; MBA is a plus; CPA is a strong advantage.
