We are looking for a seasoned financial expert who brings:

• A track record of developing and executing strategic financial plans that drive organisational success
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, including FCA compliance (CASS) and tax laws
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and empowering finance teams

As CFO, you will work closely with the CEO, Executive Team, and Board of Trustees, providing expert financial leadership and ensuring our financial strategy is aligned with our mission and long-term goals. You’ll direct the charity’s internal finance, client asset, financial crime, procurement, and financial planning functions, managing financial risks and opportunities to ensure we operate with the highest level of integrity, compliance, and efficiency.
Your leadership will guide the charity through complex financial decisions, ensuring our work continues to have the greatest impact.
