ACG_3201_JOB Our client is a leading merchandising in Vietnam, seeking experienced professionals to join their firm. Drive cost efficiency and oversee the company’s overall financial health and performance. Ensure full adherence to accounting regulations and lead the standardization of financial workflows and reporting mechanisms. Provide strategic financial guidance, including developing and managing financial models for the parent company, subsidiaries, and individual business units. Design and refine an integrated financial and accounting framework to support medium- to long-term growth objectives, including readiness for IPO. Ensure optimal liquidity levels to support operational needs and business expansion plans. Analyze financial outcomes and advise on cost optimization strategies across business channels and markets. Manage debt portfolios, secure funding sources, and support processes related to capital raising and IPO-readiness. Uphold strong internal control systems and ensure adherence to statutory accounting and regulatory requirements. Prepare periodic financial reports, projections, and performance insights to inform strategic direction and listing preparation. Requirements Extensive knowledge across corporate finance, accounting, auditing, capital structuring, investment activities, and public listing preparation. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines; professional certifications such as CFA/CPA are highly advantageous. Demonstrated success in comparable leadership roles within fast-scaling or transformational business environments, with the ability to maintain financial discipline during periods of growth and market fluctuation. Ability to anticipate and mitigate financial and operational risks. Strategic mindset with capability to initiate and drive long-term business objectives. Strong execution discipline with clear goal-setting and operational follow-through. Skilled in developing, empowering, and sustaining high-performing teams.
