Description Chief Financial Officer (CFO) BMS Family Health and Wellness Centers (BMS) Executive, Full-Time Brooklyn, NY (Brownsville) BMS Family Health & Wellness Centers (BMS) is seeking a strategic, mission-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Executive Leadership Team. This is an opportunity for a seasoned financial leader to help shape the financial future of a Federally Qualified Health Center serving one of Brooklyn’s most underserved communities. Reporting to the President & CEO, the CFO will lead financial strategy, strengthen fiscal infrastructure, and ensure long-term financial sustainability while supporting innovative, patient-centered healthcare delivery. What You'll Do Lead financial strategy and long-term planning Oversee accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with GAAP, HRSA, and FQHC regulations Strengthen revenue cycle and reimbursement performance Manage federal grant financial oversight Develop and lead the finance team Requirements What We're Looking For CPA required Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration 15+ years of financial leadership experience Experience in FQHC, nonprofit healthcare, or community health centers Expertise in Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement and federal grants Why Join BMS?
