We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy and execution while collaborating and contributing across all departments to support the company’s growth and objectives. The CFO will be a partner to the CEO and Steering Committee in order to achieve the company’s long-term vision.
The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, should be comfortable operating in a dynamic environment. The role requires experience in SaaS businesses and a good understanding of financial technology.

REQUIRED SKILLS


  • 10+ years of experience in a senior financial management role, with experience in scaling companies

  • Demonstrated SaaS experience. Fintech experience is a strong plus

  • Proven experience in business planning & financial analysis & cross-functional participation

  • Willingness to get hands dirty with no task too small enough mentality

  • Self-starter with a keen attention to detail, able to thrive in fast-paced environment

  • Ability to strategize and solve problems, strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication skill

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CFA/CPA qualification is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Create an overall organizational finance strategy to ensure the financial well-being of the company
  • Manage the regular preparation of financial statements and budgets, as well as business strategy and planning with a focus on supporting growth and scaling efforts
  • Develop financial and Commercial KPIs across the company’s various functions, overseeing forecasts and actuals, and monitoring performance
  • Operational oversight – may take on more operational responsibilities, supporting the CEO in managing internal efforts and coordinating with external operation. Cross-functional collaboration, working closely with other departments to align financial strategies with operational goals
  • Manage banking relationships, company audit, and compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls
