Job Description Location: Al‑Jubail, Saudi Arabia Contract Type: Full‑time, On‑site Seniority: C‑level (reports to General Manager) Nationality: Preference for Saudi nationals About the Role We are seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer to serve as the senior financial leader and advisor to the executive team, overseeing accounting, treasury, compliance, and financial performance. The CFO will secure funding, maintain liquidity, and drive business decisions through accurate financial insights. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement finance strategies aligned with company objectives. Translate strategy into annual budgets/forecasts and long‑term financial plans; monitor performance. Lead month‑end/periodic financial reporting, cash‑flow management, and dashboarding. Coordinate external/internal/ICV audits; ensure compliance with KSA laws and IFRS. Oversee procurement/finance controls to ensure legal and contractual adherence. Manage treasury and banking relationships (guarantees, hedging, investments) and optimize liquidity. Support cross‑functional teams on commercial contracts, legal liaison, and sourcing/negotiations. Lead and develop finance & procurement teams; promote Lean/continuous improvement. Act as financial signatory per PoA/authority matrix; represent finance with shareholders and lenders. Qualifications Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent; CPA/CMA preferred. 10+ years of progressive financial leadership in a major company/division, ideally in industrial/utilities. Strong strategic planning, FP&A, and treasury expertise; excellent leadership and stakeholder management. Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
