• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage cash flow, capital structure, and investment strategies.
• Monitor financial performance and provide timely insights to the executive team.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and standards.
• Evaluate and manage financial risks and opportunities.
• Lead finance team, mentoring and developing talent for high performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive efficiency and business growth.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives through financial analysis and planning.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• Extensive experience in senior financial management roles, preferably as CFO or Finance Director.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and corporate governance.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and excellent decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
