Description
  • Develop and implement robust internal control systems to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements and company policies, tailoring strategies to enhance overall risk management.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional Business to identify potential risk and recommend actionable improvements in processes and controls that align with organization objectives.
  • Conduct through assessments of existing controls, providing detailed reports and presentations on their effectiveness while suggesting targeted enhancements where necessary.
  • Lead regular training sessions for employees at all levels to increase awareness and understanding of internal controls, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trend and regulatory changes, ensuring that our internal controls remain relevant and effective in mitigating emerging risks.
  • Drive initiatives that automate and streamline control testing procedures, leveraging technology to improve accuracy.
  • Performance interim Audit at various business unit levels and regular Audits
  • Overall responsible to lead, monitor, manage and fronting to Authority and other regulatory and compliance.
  • Support to Management for effective utilization of cash flow and facility.
  • Support to all Business Units and other Team for smooth operations and effective utilization of resource for saving costs.
  • Responsible for Financial, Management Reporting and Compliance.
  • Must be qualified C.A. with minimum 10-12 CFO or similar position along with years GCC experience in similar Contracting industry
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex data and identify potential area of risks or improvement within our internal controls
  • Strong Leadership skills with ability to influence and foster relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex financials to various Stakeholders and Shareholders.
  • Arabic speaking will be added advantage.
