JOB DESCRIPTION:
Goli Nutrition Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team in Vancouver, BC. As CFO, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy, ensuring the health and sustainability of our operations, and leading major strategic initiatives aligned with our growth objectives. This is an executive-level role reporting directly to the CEO, with high visibility across internal and external stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (MBA or CPA designation is an asset)
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior financial executive role
· Proven leadership in financial planning, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
· Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
· Experience in brand management and/or wealth management is considered an asset
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Valid driver’s license
· Must pass a criminal record check
WORK CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES:

· Work under pressure with a high level of attention to detail
· Work must be completed on-site at the Vancouver office (remote work is not available)
· Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
· Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
· Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
· Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
· Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
· Oversee risk management, capital investments, and funding strategies
· Ensure compliance with federal and provincial financial regulations
· Provide accurate and timely reporting on the financial health of the company to stakeholders
· Contribute to strategic decisions affecting the company’s direction and performance
