We are seeking an experienced and strategically minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in fundraising from VCs, leading IPO processes (with at least one IPO experience), and managing M&A activities. This role combines deep financial expertise with the ability to shape and communicate the company’s story to investors, drive valuation, and support long-term growth. Responsibilities Fundraising & IPO Leadership Lead end-to-end fundraising processes with venture capital firms and institutional investors. Drive and manage IPO processes, including preparation, due diligence, reporting, and investor communications. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions. M&A Strategy & Execution Identify, evaluate, and execute mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Conduct financial modeling, valuation analyses, and strategic assessments for potential transactions. Support the company’s long-term strategic planning and growth roadmap. Investor Storytelling & Roadshows Craft a compelling and coherent company narrative that aligns with market opportunities and investor expectations. Lead roadshows, investor meetings, and presentations aimed at driving company valuation and attracting new investors. Serve as a key spokesperson for the company in financial and strategic discussions. Financial Management & Compliance Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash-flow management. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory, legal, and accounting standards. Establish and maintain effective internal controls, governance, and financial systems. Proven experience in leading and managing finance teams, including hiring, developing, and mentoring team members. Requirements Proven experience leading VC fundraising processes. Hands-on experience in at least one IPO, ideally on a major exchange. Strong background in M&A transactions, including due diligence and deal execution. Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to articulate and present the company’s story to investors. Deep financial, regulatory, and legal knowledge, with strong analytical and leadership skills. Experience in a fast-growing B2C or tech-driven environment — an advantage.
Responsibilities
