We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic team in the Hospitality and Real Estate Development sectors. The CFO will lead all financial operations, strategic planning, and investor relations, driving the company's financial growth and sustainability while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals in hospitality and real estate development. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Provide leadership and direction to finance, accounting, and treasury teams. Manage capital structure, funding, and investor relations. Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement and cost optimization. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance. Lead risk management and mitigation strategies. Collaborate with other executives to drive business development and strategic initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are highly desirable. Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in financial management within hospitality, real estate, or related industries. Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Proven track record in managing large-scale financial operations, investor relations, and capital raising. Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
