This is your opportunity to shape the financial future of a category-defining SaaS company.
As a highly visible leader, you will oversee all of Rebrandly’s financial activities, lead the finance team and the RevOps function, and closely collaborate with or oversee data analysts. This role is fully remote in the US.
About You:
You’re a finance leader who gets excited about PLG metrics, conversion funnels, and freemium models. - Execute the short-term and long-term financial strategy of Rebrandly, including supporting M&A diligence and acquisition integration.
- Provide insightful and trusted counsel to the Chief Executive Officer, management team, and investors on both financial and broad-based business issues
Financial Operations & Reporting
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and treasury management
- Maintain robust financial controls, processes, and systems to support rapid scaling.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the board of directors and investors
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS)
- Lead external audit processes and manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers
SaaS Metrics & Analytics
- Monitor key SaaS and PLG performance indicators, including MRR, ARR, churn rates, expansion revenue, and cohort analytics
- Develop sophisticated financial models to analyze unit economics, customer lifetime value, and payback periods
- Create executive dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide real-time visibility into business performance
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimize conversion funnels and improve monetization strategies
Team Leadership & Development
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team capable of supporting continued growth
- Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics for all finance function areas
- Provide financial training and support to non-finance teams across the organization
Risk Management & Corporate Governance
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks and internal controls
- Oversee insurance, legal compliance, and corporate governance matters
- Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and capital allocation decisions
- Support board meetings and investor relations activities
