Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide strategic financial leadership and oversight for multiple aerospace foundry operations. This role is responsible for driving financial performance, optimizing cost structures, ensuring compliance with industry and government regulations, and supporting strategic initiatives across all sites. The CFO will partner closely with executive leadership and site management to deliver profitability, scalability, and long-term business growth in a precision manufacturing environment. Requirements Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in aerospace, defense, or metal manufacturing/foundry environments. Proven track record managing multi-site or multi-entity operations. Strong understanding of cost accounting, manufacturing metrics, and ERP systems (e.g., JobBOSS,) Skills & Competencies: Strategic thinker with operational execution capabilities. Deep understanding of financial modeling, analysis, and manufacturing cost drivers. Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset. Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced, and technical environment.
