This rapidly growing organization is looking for a CFO to act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team—moving beyond traditional finance to drive commercial expansion, operational efficiency, and scalable infrastructure. The ideal candidate will enhance the finance function while leading the transformation of the team into a modern, data-driven organization.
The role involves shaping long-term strategy, supporting new market entry, product expansion, and M&A initiatives, and ensuring finance is integrated across operations, sales, and supply chain. You’ll oversee financial reporting, tax strategy, treasury, audits, and board communications, while building dynamic forecasting, scenario modeling, and real-time analytics.
The CFO will drive profitability analysis, pricing strategies, marketing ROI, and operational finance, as well as guide CapEx planning and inventory management. You’ll lead ERP improvements, automate reporting, and elevate cost accounting and data governance.
A key aspect of this role is transforming the finance function: assessing talent, mentoring high performers, and building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You’ll also manage risk, contracts, insurance, and governance, working closely with legal partners on compliance and corporate structuring.
Requirements:
Someone coming from a for profit organization.
CPA and/or MBA is preferred.
Proven success in scaling finance teams and leading through growth or transformation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
