KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, tax filings, and compliance.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with state/federal contracts.
  • Lead annual budget process, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights.
  • Partner with the CEO, Board, and leadership team on financial strategy and planning.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, banks, state agencies, and investment advisors.
  • Mentor finance staff and foster a collaborative, service-oriented culture.
