Description
We are seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial direction with executive leadership to accelerate our company’s sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the Accounting, Finance and Investor Relations functions, ensuring accuracy, control, and full compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS), SEC, and MAI regulations Contribute fully to the development and execution of the company’s financial and accounting strategies, supporting scalable business growth and operational excellence Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), tax, treasury, cash flow, and financial reporting, ensuring clarity and consistency across the business Develop and manage M&A initiatives, investment strategies, and capital structure planning—evaluate risks, synergies, valuations, and integration plans for potential deals Provide timely, data-driven insights to the CEO and Board of Directors, playing a key role in strategic decision-making and performance management Serve as a visible leader to external stakeholders including investors, analysts, regulators, and auditors—maintaining market confidence and transparent communication Be a cultural role model: uphold integrity, empower the team, and raise the bar in professional standards, performance, and collaboration across functions Qualifications A Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; with advanced degrees or CPA/CFA is mandatory Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, including leadership roles in listed companies; prior Big4 auditing experiences or investment banking background strongly preferred Proven expertise in SET/SEC compliance, consolidated reporting, business planning, cash and risk management, investor relations, and corporate governance Demonstrated success in driving strategic initiatives, enabling business growth, and managing transformation Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to engage at all levels, influence decisions, and inspire high-performing teams Fluency of Thai and English communication
Responsibilities
