NJD Construction looking for senior Chief Financial Officer.

• Drive the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and long-term strategy development.
• Ensure accurate reporting of financial statements in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Oversee all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll.
• Guide investment strategies by analyzing market trends and financial risks.
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership team on business expansion and budgeting.
• Evaluate and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency.
• Present financial performance reports to the board of directors and stakeholders.
• Lead capital raising efforts, managing investor relationships and financial negotiations.
• Supervise audits, tax filings, and liaise with external consultants and financial institutions.
