REQUIREMENTS:

• Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years experience in a Finance Director or CFO position, ideally within a trading environment or commodity firm
• Relevant finance qualifications, certificates and tax experience
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin, enabling effective communication with stakeholders based in China.

• Provide visionary leadership and direction to the finance and accounting teams, ensuring effective management and continuous improvement of financial processes.
• Develop and implement strategic financial plans to drive the company’s growth and profitability.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the budgeting and financial forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis.
• Manage trade finance activities, including letters of credit, trade credit insurance, and export financing.
• Establish and maintain robust risk management and compliance frameworks.
