Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Company: TTM Healthcare Solutions
Location: Ideally based full time in our HQ in Ennis. Consideration will be given to an option of a minimum of 3 days per week in our Ennis HQ for the right candidate.
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer of TTM Healthcare Solutions

POSITION OVERVIEW:

CFO Key Responsibilities: The CFO will be responsible for driving financial discipline and strategic growth in line with our 3X10X journey, with a strong focus on, commercial rigor, cost control and data-driven decision-making. This role will lead the delivery of financial sustainability, enhance risk management frameworks and implement dynamic cost-saving initiatives. A crucial aspect of the role involves aligning financial strategies with key business KPIs, fostering collaboration across departments, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. Additionally, the role will require strong leadership in shaping business strategy, building stakeholder relationships, and ensuring transparency in financial decision-making.

1.EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field is essential.
  • Professional Qualifications: Eg: ACA or FCA, (ACCA) – ACCA or FCCA, CIMA or CPA.
  • Typically, 10+ years of progressively senior financial management experience.
  • Experience in M&A, fundraising, and investor relations can be an advantage.

2. REGULATORY & COMPLIANCE KNOWLEDGE

  • Strong understanding of Irish and EU financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance.
  • Familiarity with FRS (Financial Reporting Standards) and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
