Description

A great UHY client is seeking a CFO to join their team. The ideal candidate will have professional services experience, PE experience, and larger company experience.
The CFO role is an onsite position. This is a client direct hire position.

CFO: QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including CFO or other senior finance executive roles.
  • Professional services industry experience required, e.g. accounting, legal, insurance.
  • Prior experience in a successful PE-backed company, of similar size and scale, with direct involvement in financial reporting to PE sponsors.
  • Demonstrated experience working in leveraged finance and driving initiatives to improve shareholder value, including liquidity events.
  • Experience driving cash management, cost control and overall EBITDA performance of a stand-alone business or autonomous business unit.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record in M&A, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration.
  • Expertise in financial systems including ERP platforms, EPM tools, and data analytics tools.

    - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to executive teams, PE sponsors, and board members.
