Description
Lead and execute Cordx’s financial strategy, planning, and global financial operations to support growth and IPO readiness. Oversee consolidation and reporting of financial statements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and Singapore Exchange (SGX) listing requirements. Manage audits, statutory filings, and regulatory compliance in line with Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) guidelines. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling across all regions. Partner closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership on IPO preparation, investor relations, and capital market strategies. Establish and maintain robust financial systems, internal controls, and governance frameworks suitable for a public-listed company in Singapore. Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance and accounting teams globally. Evaluate strategic growth opportunities, including M&A, partnerships, and capital structure optimization. Experience: Minimum 12 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a CFO or senior finance executive role, preferably with direct IPO execution experience. Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), ACRA, MAS, and SGX reporting requirements. Solid background in fundraising, investor relations, and capital market transactions within Asia or global contexts. Demonstrated ability to build and optimize financial infrastructure in fast-growing, multinational organizations. Professional qualifications such as CPA (Singapore), Chartered Accountant (CA Singapore), CFA, or MBA are preferred. Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills. Experience in biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences industries will be an advantage.
