Description

JOB OVERVIEW:

At Tabak Law, a leading legal firm headquartered in the Milwaukee metropolitan area, our mission is simple yet powerful: to fiercely advocate for those who need it most. Since our early days when co-founder Jim was just the third employee and still in law school, we’ve experienced tremendous growth, now boasting a team of over 200 professionals across onshore and offshore offices. With a deep focus on Veterans Disability, Social Security Disability, Workers’ Compensation, and Personal Injury Law, we’ve built a reputation for being champions of the underserved.
We remain a people-first firm, passionate about helping others, grounded in empathy, and driven by results. We are now seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team, bringing fresh perspectives and trusted expertise to steward our firm’s financial future as we move into a pivotal growth phase beyond $20M in annual revenue. This is not just a leadership role - it’s a critical partnership with our Managing Partner, President, and strategic leadership team, contributing directly to the operational scalability and long-term success of Tabak Law.
As CFO at Tabak Law, you’ll bring clarity to complexity, structure to scale, and foresight to financial decision-making. You will be the cornerstone of our financial operations, developing cost-center insights, reporting frameworks, and forecasts that drive intelligent growth. This is your opportunity to join a firm that’s not only reshaping lives through legal excellence but also building a legacy of integrity, community, and innovation.
