We are now seeking an exceptional commercially astute and strategically minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Senior Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of our growth.

We’re looking for a leader who is as comfortable in the boardroom as they are on the dealership floor. You’ll be commercially astute, strategically minded, and operationally hands-on when needed.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As CFO, you will provide strategic financial leadership across the business, ensuring robust financial governance, insightful performance analysis, and clear direction for sustainable profitability. You will be a key partner to the COO, the Managing Director and the Board, helping to steer decision-making and ensuring the Group is well-positioned for future opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Leading the Group’s financial strategy, planning, and reporting.
  • Driving commercial insight to improve business performance and profitability.
  • Managing relationships with banks, auditors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, legal, and financial requirements.
  • Leading, developing, and inspiring the finance team.
  • Supporting M&A, investment, and growth initiatives.
