Description

WHY ARE WE HIRING A CFO?

  • We need to become ready for the next (M&A) step in 3-5 years. Either we acquire a competitor (we are a target) or we’re getting a new investor onboard. You will be leading this - and it’s key to keep and make investors enthusiastic about Fashion Cloud.
  • We are rapidly expanding, with increasing financial complexity, and managing a wide range of responsibilities alone, from bookkeeping and reporting to investor relations and strategic projects.
  • The challenge lies in the need for more structure in financial reporting, enhanced controls, and support with operational tasks, especially as we gear up for further growth and more rigorous investor scrutiny.

REQUIREMENTS

8-10 years of experience CFO or Finance Director with a strong track record in finance and/or M&A
Solid controlling & accounting toolbox paired with ideally a transactional track record in negotiation, due diligence and other key disciplines affecting M&A transactions (finance, tax, legal etc.)
Strategic mindset
Project management experience
Strong communication & Presentation skills
