Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement the company's financial strategies, capital and asset management plans, and annual financial plans in alignment with the Group's unified accounting and financial management policies. Oversee execution and ensure effective financial and tax management compliance. Conduct financial analysis, operational assessments, and performance reviews to evaluate the company's financial health and business operations. Lead the preparation, review, and monitoring of annual budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making. Build, lead, and manage the finance team, including talent development, performance management, and organizational capability enhancement. Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including tax authorities, banks, auditors, and other relevant institutions, to support compliant and efficient business operations. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of financial management experience in medium to large-scale enterprises, with regional or Southeast Asia exposure preferred. Experience in the express delivery, logistics, e-commerce, or related platform-based industries is an advantage. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are preferred. Proficient in English as a working language, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
