About the Role:The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide strategic financial leadership to support the client's growth, profitability, and long-term financial sustainability. The role will oversee financial planning, reporting, governance, and commercial performance, ensuring effective financial management across the business.

Working closely with the CEO and executive leadership team, the CFO will drive financial strategy, optimise capital allocation, manage risk, and support business expansion within the data centre and mission-critical infrastructure sector.

• Key Responsibilities:Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives, growth plans, and long-term profitability.
• Financial Planning & Reporting: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
• Commercial & Project Finance: Monitor project financial performance, margins, costs, and cash flow across data centre development and delivery activities.
• Capital & Investment Management: Lead capital planning, funding strategies, investment analysis, and financial modelling to support business growth.
• Governance & Risk: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, tax obligations, and internal controls.
• Business Performance: Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency, optimise costs, and strengthen operational performance.
