Due to our ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") to join our leadership team and drive financial performance. The primary purpose of the role is to provide strategic financial direction, guidance, and management of the finance function of Lotus Care in a way that facilitates the achievement of the company’s growth strategy.
The CFO will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Senior Finance Manager and the finance team to create best in class reporting, budgeting and long-term planning including developing financial models, managing budgets, preparation of monthly management accounts, dealing with all regulatory financial and taxation reporting. The CFO will also build strong relationships with the other members of the leadership team and will foster a business partnership approach with the finance team and other departments.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA).
10+ years of progressive financial leadership, with at least 8 years in a senior role.
Experience in the healthcare, residential care, or related regulated sectors is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Irish financial regulations, healthcare funding models, and HIQA frameworks.
Experience in and knowledge of IT /digital technology
ESG programme knowledge & experience
Proven ability to lead change and manage financial strategy.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong ethical compass, discretion, and commitment to the care sector’s values.
