In this high-impact role, you will serve as a strategic partner to ownership while remaining deeply engaged in day-to-day financial operations, directly influencing growth, profitability, and market expansion. This is an opportunity to shape financial strategy in a complex, multi-site manufacturing organization with $100M+ in revenue. You must have prior CFO experience and a proven track record of combining strategic leadership with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality. Chief Financial Officer (Manufacturing exp req) Responsibilities • Lead all aspects of finance, including reporting, FP&A, and KPI management • Drive performance and operational efficiency • Provide strategic guidance growth, profitability, capital allocation, and operational initiatives • Oversee cash flow, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization • Manage banking and lender relationships, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting • Drive annual operating plans and long-term strategic initiatives • Ensure audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and tax oversight • Partner cross-functionally to improve cost structure, pricing, and margins • Oversee manufacturing finance, including cost accounting, inventory control, and capital projects • Support capital investments, expansion efforts, and operational scaling • Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team of 10 Chief Financial Officer (Manufacturing exp req) Qualifications • Prior CFO experience is required • 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience required • Manufacturing experience required • ERP systems experience required
