We are searching for a forward-thinking Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping our financial future. About the Role The CFO provides company-wide leadership across finance, accounting, HR, IT, legal, compliance, and risk management. This role ensures fiscal discipline, strategic investment, accountability, and strong operational controls. You will work directly with the President and serve as a trusted advisor to our leadership teams. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic financial leadership and executive guidance Direct accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Oversee tax planning, compliance, and audits Manage cash flow, banking relationships, investment strategies, and internal controls Lead risk mitigation efforts across legal, HR, operations, and data security Foster a culture of accountability, mentorship, and continuous improvement Demonstrate and model MCE’s Core Values in all interactions Requirements Qualifications MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required) CPA or CMA strongly preferred A minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience Proven success in senior-level management Strong US GAAP expertise and technical financial skills Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities Proficient with financial system, Deltek Ajera preferred, HR tools, and Microsoft Excel Our success is a result of the people we work with.
