POSITION SUMMARY:

As CFO, you will serve as a key member of the leadership team, responsible for directing the company’s financial strategy and operations. You will lead all aspects of accounting, financial planning, reporting, compliance, and risk management. The ideal candidate is a seasoned financial generalist with hands-on experience managing parts inventory and service labor revenue streams, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights that drive profitability and growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Graduate degree preferred
  • CPA designation strongly preferred
  • Proven experience in a senior accounting or finance leadership role (CFO, Controller, or equivalent)
  • Strong generalist background with a deep understanding of inventory and service revenue models
  • Demonstrated success in budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy
  • Knowledge of tax regulations, GAAP, and internal controls
  • Proficient in accounting software and ERP/inventory systems
  • Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic financial leadership to support company growth and operational goals
