JOB SUMMARY

Raw Resources Group, a premier EPC company based in Princeton, WV is seeking a CFO with the experience, grit, and strategic insight to oversee all aspects of finance, accounting, and compliance across our industrial engineering, construction, mining, and services divisions. This is a key leadership role, not a figurehead. We need someone with backbone, business sense, and a sharp eye for where dollars are made and lost.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership, with experience in construction, mining, or related heavy industries
  • Strong command of GAAP, cash management, job costing, and project-based accounting
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
  • Sharp, decisive, and willing to challenge assumptions with facts and foresight
  • Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance required; CPA, CMA and/or MBA preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, boots-on-the-ground environment

Responsibilities
  • Own and direct all company financial operations, from general ledger to strategic planning
  • Build out financial systems, controls, and reporting structures that scale with growth
  • Oversee cash flow, capital planning, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
  • Lead the accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, bonding requirements, and state/federal laws
