WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To succeed as CFO, you should have relevant experience in finance and economics, preferably within the industrial sector and from a publicly traded company. You should seamlessly switch between strategic and operational work, take significant personal responsibility, and possess an innate drive combined with strong business acumen. We expect you to have experience in strategic and business-focused work, with the ability to think long-term while maintaining attention to detail and the bigger picture.
We are looking for a humble, open, and generous person with a structured and meticulous approach. You are engaged, clear, and decisive, taking a natural place in the leadership team. You take initiative and drive things forward while being communicative and thriving in a business-oriented role where you act as an enabler.
This is a unique opportunity where you will be a driving force in an organization filled with exciting challenges. You will work at the forefront of green technology and industrial transformation in an inclusive, innovative culture where collaboration and open communication are highly valued. As a key figure at SaltX, you will play a decisive role in the company’s continued development and success, with significant responsibility and influence over financial functions. Together with the CEO and the leadership team, you will help build a company that is constantly evolving. SaltX is an employer where you can grow and make a difference.
As CFO, you will have a key role in shaping and implementing SaltX’s financial strategy while leading and developing the finance function. Your responsibilities will include optimizing processes and policies, managing reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and accounting, and ensuring clear mandates. You will provide the business with effective, business-oriented, and proactive financial support. Additionally, you will actively contribute to business planning, analyze investments, business opportunities, and scenarios, and oversee financing, capital acquisition, and board-related matters. In this role, you will report directly to the CEO.
