Description The CFO will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, providing financial leadership that supports sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term financial health. This role blends high-level strategy with hands-on leadership, ensuring our financial systems, controls, and processes are built to scale. The CFO will be responsible for: Leading Soapy Joe’s financial strategy, supporting growth, expansion, and long-term planning. Providing strategic insight on capital structure, financing, investments, and M&A opportunities. Oversight of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive informed decision-making. Ensuring strong financial operations, compliance, internal controls, and reporting. Optimizing cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships. Partnering with executive leaders to improve margins, manage costs, and enhance operational efficiency. Oversight ERP systems and financial tools (e.g., NetSuite, Power BI), driving process improvements. Identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks. Presenting clear, actionable financial reporting to the executive team and Board. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). CPA and/or CFA strongly preferred. 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior or CFO-level roles. Proven success in FP&A, capital management, compliance, and corporate strategy. Experience in high-growth or multi-unit environments. Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial process optimization. Why Soapy Joe’s?
