As a key member of the executive, you’ll be the financial steward of SCPI’s next horizon of growth. You’ll champion decisions that balance customer value and business value, shaping performance, managing risk, and enabling sustainable long-term growth. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll work closely with the Executive Team to enable confident decision-making through strong financial insight, data and analysis. You’re commercially minded and able to move between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery with ease. You’re curious and forward‑looking, with a genuine interest in how data, analytics and emerging AI capabilities can strengthen decision‑making, improve forecasting, enhance risk management, and unlock new efficiencies. You don’t need to be a data scientist—but you understand the power of modern tooling, ask the right questions, and know how to leverage insights to drive better outcomes. Experience in regulated or financial services environments would be helpful, but it’s not essential. You communicate clearly and pragmatically with senior leaders and boards, bring a low-ego, collaborative leadership style, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity.
