• Develop and execute a strategic and financial roadmap to support Speakap’s long-term, sustainable growth on an international scale.
• Work closely with teams to streamline and optimize financial processes and systems, driving greater efficiency across the organization.
• Take full ownership of ensuring accurate financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to guide key business decisions.
• Lead financial efforts in mergers, acquisitions, and international expansion, ensuring alignment with overall growth strategies.
