Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, including financial strategy, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management. This role provides strategic financial guidance to leadership while ensuring strong financial discipline, accuracy, and scalability across the organization. The CFO partners with department leaders to support growth, improve profitability, and drive data-informed decision-making. Responsibilities include leading budgeting and forecasting processes, overseeing accounting operations, managing financial reporting, monitoring cash flow, and optimizing pricing, margins, and overall financial performance. The CFO also plays a critical role in ensuring compliance, supporting audits, and strengthening financial systems and processes to support continued company growth. Requirements Full-time executive role; standard schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (CT) On-site at Flowood headquarters Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred) 7–15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience Experience in a high-growth, service-based, or technology-driven company preferred Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and KPI reporting Experience managing accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance Ability to analyze financial data and translate insights into business decisions Strong leadership, communication, and executive presence High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
